This base wax is intended as a base wax for skis/snowboards, but the Hard Base is also extremely suitable as a training wax. Due to its hardness, the Vola Hard Base offers perfect protection for the base layer in aggressive or indoor snow conditions. The wax is used at the highest level, including the World Cup and the European Cup.

This Pro Base Hard wax has an average speed range of between 35 and 50 kilometers per hour, with a maximum speed of around 60 kilometers per hour. This hard wax is also available in a liquid variant.

The wax is mainly used in the technical disciplines: especially slalom , but also giant slalom .
