We deliver to all countries within the European Union .
Orders are shipped via reliable partners such as DHL , PostNL or GLS, depending on your location and the nature of the order.

Ordered before 3 PM:

  • Netherlands: delivered to your home the next business day.

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days

  • Germany: 1–3 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Pick-up: possible by appointment in Gronsveld (NL)

You will always receive a track & trace link , so you can follow your order all the way to your door.

Processing & delivery time

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM will be processed the same day.

  • During busy periods (e.g. around the holidays), processing may take a little longer.

  • Pre-orders or custom-made products will be delivered according to the stated delivery time.


Shipping of ski service or maintenance materials

For shipping skis or sharpening/waxing sets, we use sturdy packaging and protective materials.
