2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from Ski Race Shop and to any agreement concluded between Ski Race Shop and the consumer or business customer.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing .

3. Offer and Agreement

  1. The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.

  2. The agreement is concluded when the customer has successfully completed the ordering process on the website and receives a confirmation email.

  3. Ski Race Shop reserves the right to refuse orders, for example in case of incorrect pricing or product unavailability.

4. Prices

  1. All prices are in euros , including VAT and excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).

  2. Shipping costs will be clearly stated during the ordering process.

  3. Ski Race Shop reserves the right to change prices, but orders will always be processed at the price that was in effect at the time of purchase.

5. Payment

  1. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop, including iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Shop Pay.

  2. The order will only be shipped after payment has been successfully received.

  3. When paying later via Klarna, Klarna 's own terms and conditions apply.

6. Delivery & Execution

  1. Orders will be shipped within the specified timeframe after receipt of payment.

  2. Delivery will take place at the address provided by the customer during the order.

  3. Ski Race Shop is not liable for delays or errors in delivery caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address information.

    • Absence of the recipient

    • Problems with transporters or in remote areas

  4. Do you live in a remote area? Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the appropriate shipping method.

  5. In case of loss or damage during transport, Ski Race Shop will contact the carrier to find a suitable solution.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  1. Consumers have the right to revoke the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

  2. After notifying us of their intention to cancel, the customer has 14 days to return the product.

  3. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer , unless otherwise agreed.

  4. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic or safety reasons (such as used wax or tools)

    • Products that are manufactured to order or according to customer specifications (such as ski service orders or personalized items)

    • Digital downloads or gift cards

  6. After correct receipt of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

8. Warranty

  1. The legal guarantee applies: a product must meet what a consumer can reasonably expect from it.

  2. In addition, the manufacturer may offer an extended factory warranty .

  3. Warranty void if:

    • Damage caused by misuse, drops, impacts, or transport damage.

    • Wear and tear due to normal use.

    • Improper maintenance or modifications

9. Repairs

  1. If a product is out of warranty, Ski Race Shop can offer a repair – if possible – at a pre-agreed cost.

  2. Shipping products for repair is at the customer's risk and expense.

  3. Ski Race Shop is not liable for damage or loss during transport of repairs or returns.

10. Liability

  1. Ski Race Shop is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of products, such as incorrect adjustment or application of wax/abrasive materials.

  2. In any case, Ski Race Shop 's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

  3. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as consequential damages or lost profits.

11. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, transport problems, illness or natural disasters), Ski Race Shop has the right to postpone deliveries or terminate the agreement.

12. Intellectual property

All text, images and content on this website are the property of Ski Race Shop or the respective brand manufacturers and may not be copied or used without permission.

13. Complaints procedure

  2. We aim to respond substantively within 5 working days .

  3. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit a complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR platform:

14. Applicable law

Dutch law shall exclusively govern all agreements and disputes.
Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Maastricht, Netherlands .
