Carrot Sidewall

The Carrot Sidewall machine is a grinding machine for removing the plastic "sidewall". This machine ensures glass-smooth sides within minutes, a task that would take several hours to complete manually.

After 12 months of research and design, Carrot has developed a new tool for removing sidewalls. It improves the quality of the grinding work while reducing operational downtime.

Thanks to three simultaneous movements, the Carrot Sidewall machine leaves behind a high-quality finished side. The product was immediately patented to guarantee its uniqueness, as there is nothing similar on the market.

Technically, the Carrot Sidewall tool works using two adjustable axis movements and one discharge. The device is very compact, ergonomic and, like all Carrot products, is easy and simple to use.

It is possible to have three different milling sizes that have been developed through collaboration with World Cup service teams.
The difference lies in the length of the milling, with the longer size used for DH/SG speed skis, the medium size for GS/SL, and the shorter size for children's skis.
