We only work with brands that have proven themselves in professional racing, meaning you can count on durability, precision, and performance. However, things can sometimes go wrong. In that case, we will gladly assist you quickly and expertly.


Warranty conditions

All products in our shop come with the legal guarantee as stipulated within the European Union. This means that a product must meet what a consumer can reasonably expect from it.

In addition, many of our brands have their own manufacturer's warranty , which varies by manufacturer and product type.

  • The warranty only applies to normal use of the product.

  • Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, drops or transport damage , or poor maintenance is not covered by the warranty.

  • If applicable, the original proof of purchase must be presented.

We act as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer, ensuring the warranty process runs as smoothly as possible.


Repair service

We can have some products repaired or restored in our workshop or through our suppliers. Examples include:

  • Skis or bindings with minor damage.

  • Ski or racing apparel (such as zippers or stitching)

Always contact us beforehand via info@skiraceshop.com with a clear description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the product. This allows us to quickly assess whether repair or replacement is the best option.


Shipping returns or repairs

Do you want to send a product back for warranty or repair?

  • Pack the product securely and safely to prevent further damage.

  • Please include a brief description of the problem and your order number.

  • Shipping is at the customer's expense and risk, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage to products that occur during transport to us.

  • Incorrect or incomplete returns may lead to delays in processing.

  • Products that are out of warranty can be repaired – if possible – at a pre-agreed cost.

  • For remote areas or international returns: please contact us in advance to coordinate the best shipping method .
